We are looking for our first office manager (aka “office guru” or “corporate wellness officer”) to help support and improve our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day office operations.
    Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the office is running smoothly and
    efficiently.
  • Ensure that employee, candidate, and guest experience a welcoming and friendly office.
  • Responsible for managing the office budget and reconciling it monthly.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors on site (cleaning, trades, furniture).
  • Organise team offsites and in house team events.
  • Ensure stationary, beverages, kitchen supplies and misc. office supplies are kept in
    adequate supply.
  • Responsible for scheduling, travel & expenses, meeting administration and document
    administration for site lead.

Growth Marketing Associate // Pointy

Growth Marketing Associate

Role

Pointy is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate, Paid Social to join our rapidly growing Growth team. We’re looking for proven marketers who can craft a channel marketing strategy and execute on it. The ideal candidate possesses quantitative thinking skills, and thinks strategically about their channel. The associate will develop and implement strategies to grow our retailer acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently lead performance-based paid acquisition marketing efforts to reach acquisition goals
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and refine creative and targeting strategy
  • Develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve campaign performance
  • Develop paid acquisition plans and provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks
  • Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more
  • Work with the Growth Marketing Lead and other team members to identify and recommend improvements to partner strategy, campaign setup and optimization
  • Help with the development of analytical tools, technology and processes to drive efficiency across the Paid Acquisition Team
  • Coordinate internally to share key learnings across the team to accelerate retailer growth

Experience & Skills

  • BA / BS degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
  • Proven track record of growing large-scale paid campaigns with large budgets
  • 2+ years experience leading paid social campaigns with high impact results
  • Experience with rigorous, high-frequency A/B testing and lift testing
  • Experience with campaign management platforms (Kenshoo, Nanigans, Smartly, or similar)
  • Proven analytical, business planning, and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments

Finance // Pointy

Pointy is a Dublin-based tech start-up with over 6000 customers in 5 international markets. We are currently looking for our first finance hire to build out our accounting and finance functions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic company in a period of rapid growth. Pointy has recently raised over $18m of investment from top-tier international investors and has a founding team with a previous exit to Google.

Pointy is looking for an individual to help it prepare for the next phase in the company’s development. The ideal candidate will have potential to grow into a senior role over time, but must be willing to build the function from the ground up, and run all processes themselves initially. This will require hands-on execution and operation of day to day finance processes.

Function

Develop finance function for operating and holding company at Pointy, which would include:

  • delivering accurate month & quarter-end management accounts for the operating company;
  • delivering year end accounts for annual CRO and Revenue reporting compliance together with any international filings that may be required;
  • managing team of outsourced accountants and payroll providers who complete bank reconciliations, payroll and VAT returns;
  • develop a treasury function for the company;
  • support ad-hoc forecasting for revenue / growth modelling; and
  • assist leadership team in preparation for board meetings.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of PQE experience in financial analysis, accounting or related discipline.
  • In-house or industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Associate​.

The candidate will be helping to drive sales of our innovative solution to retailers in the US and UK markets.

Hardware Support Engineer // Pointy

Role: Hardware Support Engineer

We are currently hiring for the position of Hardware Support Engineer. This is an entry level position, and the successful candidate will be part of our Customer Support Team, providing essential support across the entire company.

Tasks

Daily tasks will include, assisting the customer support team with the Installation, maintenance and fault finding of the Pointy hardware. You will be responsible for the Pointy hardware and configuration of that hardware to suit customer equipment and needs. Also maintain stock levels and spare parts for shipping.

Qualities

Your primary qualities will be a technically adept person with experience in engineering, electronics and/or software. Good problem solving skills are a must, and also being able to communicate with people who are not technically inclined. Function

The Customer Support team at Pointy carry out a myriad of functions.
