Komeer is a Dublin based technology startup embarking on an exciting journey to bring our innovative messaging service to Schools and Enterprises globally.

To make this happen we require a highly talented Telesales Executive based at our Clonshaugh office in North Dublin.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills. This is a very interactive and diverse role and will suit a highly motivated individual with strong drive and ambition.

Key requirements are:

  • Phoning Schools, Creches, Clubs and Organisations to promote and sell our Komeer Messaging Services
  • Outbound and Inbound Telemarketing activities initially for Ireland and later to selected global markets
  • Providing online demonstrations to prospective customers
  • On-boarding new customers from sign-up to using our Komeer services
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Introduce promotions and new products to existing customers
  • Actively working with our Marketing, Web and Development team members as part of the Komeer team
  • Provide a top class customer service experience to customers at all times
  • Use of CRM system for process flow and reporting
  • Responsibility for promoting and maintaining our brand’s consistency and reputation
  • Reporting – communicating on weekly / monthly basis on work completed and results obtained
  • Identifying opportunities for growth hacking and development of digital strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of exhibitions and marketing events

Outbound Sales Executive // Jumping Clay

Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive

Position type: Full-time/Part-time; remote working preferable

Target market: Dublin, Ireland

The company is a recently established franchise in the children’s sector with ambition to control a rapidly upcoming children’s party/play group market. We require a person who can drive an ambitious growth strategy in establishing customers / revenue.
This role should not require your input post-sale.

The customer base comprises mainly of:

  • Schools
  • Private Summer Camps/Summer Projects/Community Groups/Sport Camps
  • New Venues for Workshops
  • Indoor Children’s Play Area’s/ Party Venues

Duties:

  • Carry out research to identify potential customers
  • Follow specific sales process to develop customers from the first contact through to sale
Perform outbound calls and generate online contacts to new and existing customers
  • Promoting company services and offerings
When necessary make appointments with prospective clients
  • Organizing customer meetings with managers
Update customer and prospect database to ensure accuracy of contact information
  • Meeting daily call activity and weekly sales targets

Experience:

  • Whilst telesales experience is not essential, it would be an advantage if the individual had previously worked in a high volume outbound call environment
  • The right individual profile is someone who is of sharp mind, driven, excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for customer service.
  • They must be resourceful and show a hunger for success.
  • The chosen individual will show a capacity to work independently and must be self-motivated

Skills Required:

  • Preference is given to individual with remote working capability
  • Sales experience/acumen
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
Proven ability to work to targets
  • Good computer skills
  • Any experience using CRM specifically HubSpot would be advantageous
  • Ability to work remotely under little guidance but contribute to team effort
  • Autonomous and quick learner

Customer Support Agent // Glofox

Customer Support Agent

Glofox is an exciting, fast paced SAAS company, servicing gym and fitness studio owners across more than 20 countries. The 28 strong team is growing rapidly from our Dublin base, with no sign of slowing down. We have a mission of becoming the backbone of the fitness industry by providing innovative software that saves time, increases retention and ultimately, helps studio and gym owners become more successful.

We are planning on doubling our growth in 2017 and to maintain our excellent customer service, we are now seeking to expand our Customer Support Team.

Purpose

Accountable for supporting our diverse customer base predominantly by email but also by phone.

Accountable for owning customer support issues all the way from initial contact right through until resolution.

Working Hours

Glofox services an international market place so the successful applicant will be required to work shifts on selected days during the week and potentially a weekend day on rotation. Please note that this is not a remote position.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent easy to understand support throughout our various support channels.
  • Identify potential technical issues and report same to our product team.
  • Communicate resolution of issues clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Contributing to our knowledge base and taking own initiative in respect of articles and saved replies.
  • Building positive working relationships with our diverse customer base.
  • Identify and take ownership of problems or issues within a customer and work with the customer to mitigate or resolve them
  • Demonstrate product capability and functionality
  • Work with our customers and our product management team to identify new features that will make our product more valuable to our customers
  • Maintain customer and update details in our CRM

Skills:

  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Strong levels of empathy and ability to really understand the customer’s pain
  • Ability to understand how business management software can solve business problems
  • Commercially astute
  • Experienced in successful customer management by phone
  • Understanding of SaaS based business models and cloud based solutions
  • Understanding of CRMs and support ticket management software
  • Experience in fitness related industries highly desirable however not required
  • Two or more years’ experience in a Customer Service role for a software company
  • Two or more years’ experience in a customer phone based role

Education & Professional Accreditations

Ideally degree level education or equivalent relevant experience.

Location

The role will be office based in our new office in Sandyford, South County Dublin
